H.E the Governor Maj. (Rtd) Dr. Dhadho Gaddae Godhana launched the Tana River 2023 El-Nino Floods Response Plan in Hola town today Thursday 28th September, 2023.
The County of Tana River is among the various counties across Kenya that are expected to be the most affected by the predicted long El-Nino rains that the Kenya Meteorological Department says could start sometime around next month.
